Victoria is a Certified ARISE Interventionist, Case Manager and Recovery Specialist. She specializes in helping families and individuals move from crisis to connection and long-term recovery. She brings over 20 years of experience in addiction and mental health, with a focus on chronic relapse, co-occurring disorders, and family systems. Her approach with both adults and youth is Person-Centered, direct, and compassionate, rooted in the belief that recovery is possible for everyone. With a degree in Social Science, her background includes 14 years as a licensed Therapeutic Treatment Provider, case manager, and court-mandated counselor in substance use, domestic violence, and DUI education. In recovery herself for over two decades, Victoria brings clinical expertise, ethical care, and lived experience to every family she serves.

Dr. Landau is a child, family, and community neuropsychiatrist, Founder and President of ARISE® Network, Linking Human Systems, and LINC Foundation. Former professor of psychiatry and family medicine at the University of Rochester, she has devoted her career to developing Evidence-Based, Best Practice collaborative family and community resilience models. Former faculty of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania and Senior Consultant to the International Trauma Studies Program at NYU and Columbia, Dr. Landau draws upon 50+ years of research and experience aimed at facilitating long-term healing for individuals, families, and communities dealing with chronic, relapsing behavioral, mental, and physical health issues and addiction. She enjoys overcoming challenging patient, family, business, forensic and community issues, and unraveling complex systems and helping people realize their inherent resilience.

Bruce is a a co-founder of Entelechy Recovery Group, an addiction intervention and recovery support firm. He's a Certified Arise Interventionist, has been involved in addiction interventions and recovery coaching for over 30 years, and in personal recovery for 40 years. Bruce is an active member of the Association of Intervention Specialists.

I began working in the field when I was a year sober as a technician for a community mental health detox center. I quickly fell in love with the work and found that I could use my experience to help others in a professional capacity. I pursued my credential in addiction counseling while working there, and went on to work in several different phases of the treatment continuum. My experience working in several different treatment settings has helped me to learn how the entire process works and has enabled me to develop competency in a variety of different skills.  Prior to venturing out to start my own company, I worked as an addiction counselor in a men’s treatment program in Carbondale, Colorado.

Ana is a psychotherapist and addiction specialist working in Miami, FL. Ana is Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Family Recovery Specialists, an intensive outpatient treatment program and consulting practice that works with those suffering from addiction and other mental health disorders. Ana has been working in the mental health field for over 16 years as a therapist, consultant, clinical director, educator and interventionist.

Kelly joined Linking Human Systems in 2021. Since 2013, Kelly has worked in the field of substance abuse and mental health by connecting the medical and behavioral health communities in Arizona and the surrounding states. Kelly has worked with parent advocacy groups, collegiate recovery movements, alumni programs and is experienced in many areas of the behavioral health industry. Kelly helps families and individuals in need connect to excellent treatment while supporting families along their journey.
