With these varied disciplines in the toolbox along with a well-rounded career, I am well suited for thinking “outside the box” and tailoring every intervention for the unique needs of the family and client.

Jenny Harris has provided family intervention for over 15 years and has worked in different treatment programs in Sonoma and Napa counties. In addition, she worked as Alcohol and Drug Counselor for Sonoma County Driving Under the Influence Program.

In 2019, Laurie founded her coaching and education business, focused on providing training and support for families that have a loved one struggling with substance use. She provides services through her business as a CRAFT-certified Family Recovery Coach, a certified ARISE interventionist, and also serves as the Family Recovery Director at Lion House Brownstone, a women's recovery residence in St. Paul, MN

Adrian’s gift, passion and purpose is helping families and individuals to find and use their own inherent strengths and resilience to learn to use resources to support their long-term healing and recovery.

Sarah is a seasoned therapist, addiction counselor, and Certified ARISE® Interventionist who has specialized in helping families and individuals in the addiction treatment field in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her therapeutic approach is very client centered and she considers herself to be a “reality-based” therapist, utilizing whichever tools seem best suited to help the client reach their therapeutic goals.

Michelle is a Certified ARISE Interventionist, Supervisor, and Trainer and an adolescent, adult, and family systems psychotherapist practicing in the United States and internationally. Michelle specializes in eating disorders, behavioral disorders, substance abuse disorders, and process addiction.

As an interventionist, Bobbie Horne is an expert at navigating the isolation that addiction and unhealthy lifestyles foster.  Bobbie supports families and family members who are working to escape substance abuse, alcohol and/or drug addiction as well as other compulsions which can ruin and end lives.

Our interns are in the process of becoming Certified ARISE® Interventionists.  Participating in a minimum 6 month internship, our interns work directly with one of our Internship Consultants as they work with a family through the ARISE® process.  They are available for hire as they gain the experience and meet the rigorous requirements to become Certified ARISE® Interventionists.  

Amy is a Certified Arise Interventionist with over 10 years of experience in the substance abuse treatment field. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate the path to recovery. Her specialty lies in dealing with complex cases and treatment-resistant individuals.
