My personal recovery journey allowed me to operate women's and LGBTQ+ aftercare facilities for eight years. I worked directly with clients on life skills, goal setting, relapse prevention, crisis management, family communication, shame resiliency, Substance Use, Mental Health and Co-occurring Disorders. I attended the University of Minnesota with a focus in psychology and a specialization in Addiction Counseling. I became a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified ARISE® Interventionist.
Originally from San Francisco, California, Evyan Donch is a Certified ARISE® Interventionist, (CAI), trained and certified IRSI International Recovery Coach and most recently a Trauma Recovery Coach (IAOTRC) based in Rome, Italy. She conducts her work with compassion, empathy and skill and is highly experience in Europe and USA, working with people from all walks of life: from the back streets of Rome, to some of the most well known international organizations throughout Europe.
As a person in long term recovery & a licensed professional I bring experience, wisdom & knowledge to families affected by substance use & other process disorders.. Additionally as a Certified Daring Way Facilitator I am able to quickly help reduce shame & assist families move into solution. Passion for this work, the knowing that people can and DO get better and the opportunity to serve is what drives me to continue doing this work after 30 plus years.
Ashleys personal experience in overcoming addiction has given her a first hand understanding of the unique challenges of sobriety and long term recovery. Ashleys own journey and a series of synchronicities eventually led her into the addiction treatment community which has now become her sole professional focus. She has served as Intake Director at Charleston Recovery Center; Regional Outreach Manager at Evolution Way in Mesa, AZ; Business Development Director at Brookdale Recovery.

As a certified interventionist, and recovery specialist, Victoria has experience helping individuals and families who have been affected by addiction, mental-health, and physical health challenges, to achieve recovery and implement and maintain healthy habits that will serve their greater well-being.
